Contact G2G Deal Design

Deal design engagements begin with a private discussion of the procurement need at hand — its commodity, its counterparty, its constraints. We work with governments and state enterprises across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Response within two working days.

What happens next

Before you write, here is what to expect.

1

You send a short outline of the requirement.

A few lines describing what is being procured, the counterparty context and where the process needs support. The form below goes directly to the engagement team; no intermediary, no CRM routing, no automated triage.

2

A confidential call at principal level.

We discuss the requirement — under NDA if you prefer — to establish whether the need is a fit for our practice and what a mandate would cover. No presentation, no credentials deck, no sales cycle. A working conversation between procurement professionals about a live problem.

3

A written scope: which roles, on what basis, at what fee structure.

If we proceed, you receive a concise scope of work specifying which of the seven procurement roles we would cover, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee structure — fixed architecture fee plus result-driven component, fully disclosed.

A few concise lines are enough. Please do not include classified or commercially sensitive attachments.

Confidentiality note. This site stores no form data. Your enquiry is composed as an email and sent directly to the G2G Deal Design engagement team. No third-party form processor, no intermediary, no database. For a ministry official describing a live procurement bottleneck, the routing is as important as the message — and the simplest routing is the most secure.

Spam protection. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which scores the submission for automated behaviour. There is nothing to solve and no checkbox to tick. Google's script is loaded only once you begin filling in the form — reading this page contacts nobody — and what it receives is limited to that interaction. Your name, your email address and the text of your enquiry are never sent to Google: they go only to our engagement team, by email, exactly as described above.
